First of all,your anime style is one of the best I've seen! This has to be one of my favorite pictures.Now I'm not very good with critiques but I'll do my best for you <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/>
Things you need to work on:
The anatomy looks good to me,but her left thigh (from my point of view) should be a bit shorter,considering she isn't very tall or that skinny,and both should be a bit more curvy,since legs aren't flat.Her breasts look just the right size,and the arms look ok too,but the arm on her back should be revealing a small part of her hand.Hands aren't that thin,and the same thing would go to her right leg (again my point of view),but I really don't know if her leg is bending,so if it was the case of it being straight then it would be ok.Her mouth should be a just bit more under her nose,or her left eye (my point of view) should be a bit closer to the other one.I noticed that you forgot the eyebrows.You could have also worked a bit on the shading in her clothes.
The good things:
The shading overall looks amazing! It's one of your strong points,in my opinion,and I like how you shaded with a darker color but with another hue,it makes the picture "pop",especially her hair and eyes.The ruffles on her shirt are nicely done,and the way they flow gives it a bit of life.The background is simple and yet so detailed! I love those flowers,it gives the picture a really nice touch.It seems you put a lot of effort in this,and it's paying off in a positive way! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/h/h…" width="15" height="13" alt="" title="Heart"/>
