Vision:

Your vision for the picture is rather simple, but not bad. The vision of a girl under water is... A little overused...? But I love the vision, it's as if she rules the sea, which is a big place, so she'd better be careful ruling it. XD But no, I was hoping you'd draw this character more, because she's like one of the best FC's out there. (Or maybe you call her an OC... o.o')

Originality:

Like I said, the theme of this is a bit over used.. So I can't give much for originality, but this one is more unique than other underwater pictures, for example: She's like a princess of the sea rather than just a citizen, her expression is different from the other pictures like this, she seems like she's greatful of the water or somethin'. o_o

Technique:

Technique... Ah.. The technique... It's where this shines most, you art is so beautiful, but this is somethin' else. You shaded so carefully, she looks real, you chose to highlight in the perfect places, but not all of the places people would say it needs highlighting, (If tha makes any sense.. o_o') I don't have many words for this, it's to awesome for me to describe.
There is one thing I did notice that kinda might have made this whole thing a tiny bit better for me and I think it fits into the technique category, it's that the water looks a lighter shade of blue then the old version of the picture. Considering she's a jellyfish, I'd expect her to be deeper in the sea, but in this picture the lighter shade of blue would imply she's not so deep in the sea.

Impact:

Not much impact... I've always hated wrighting about impact... Well that doesn't mean there was no impact right? Is this critique long enough? I think so..

So yeah, hope you thought that critique was fair. ;w;
